ADEPT’s team

Vanessa Marshall heads up the team, working in partnership with local employment specialist charity ELMS.

There are also ten local community development workers, who are engaged in and with a number of local communities and are working on quite varied community projects.

The team is half-and-half male and female, and its ethnic and religious mix reflects the strong Asian and Muslim communities in the areas where they are working.
